In the country of Ukraine, a common Easter tradition is to decorate beautiful pysanky eggs by dipping a special tool in beeswax. The word pysanky comes from the Ukrainian word pysaty, which means to write. In art we created our own pysanky eggs with black felt-tip markers. |
